Remote Area : DHL/Fedex/UPS/ARAMEX etc express request full English address and will charge extra "Remote Area Fee" 50USD before shipping if your address is marked remote.

Request a return
Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, you can apply for return through support@solamipc.com under the following circumstances:
1) Customer is responsible for all return costs.
- Personal preference (no exchange)
2) We bear 50% of the round-trip shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
- Non-human defects or malfunctions of the product.
Process:
Request return via email → Provide photo/video confirmation → We send you return information → You return via EMS mail (we only accept) → Send billing and tracking information via email → After we receive the item and confirm → Return Payment for the merchandise will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7 working days.
The item must be in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging and all accessories intact. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If the return is accepted, we will refund the cost of the goods less the return fee within 7 working days. If after inspection we determine that the return is not acceptable, the item will be returned to you at your expense.Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
No refund/exchange options are available in the following cases.
1) More than 30 days from the date you receive the product.
2) Nothing other than human defects or malfunctions. There are obvious traces of product use.
3) Nothing other than human defects or malfunctions. One of the product body, accessories or outer packaging is missing.
Warranty Service
All products purchased at SOLAMIPC come with a 2-year warranty.After 30 days, we provide free repairs and only charge the cost of the required materials (50% round-trip shipping)All costs incurred due to human defects shall be borne by the buyer.
